Ever since opening our Manchester offices in 2014, Arctic Shores have had the privilege of seeing Manchester’s tech and startup space grow from strength to strength. Our Story
Since being founded in 2014, our mission has been to help companies make better people choices, and people better career choices. Our solutions allow employers to look beyond the CV and focus on
talent potential rather than experience, background or seniority. We do this by taking an unconventional assessment approach, combining neuroscience, AI and game technology.

As a business, we strive for excellence, something you can see running through each and every single Arctic Shores employee. Here we are not just another cog in a machine. We all play our own essential part in the growth and development of the business both in the UK and overseas.

Throughout our journey, we have contributed to our tech community in a variety of ways including hosting local tech events, sponsoring Django Girls Manchester and supporting charitable organisations such as Career Ready and ReGeneration. In addition, we are passionate about developing tomorrow's tech leaders by fostering young tech talent and given them their first professional experience in the space through internships and work placements.

Our cutting-edge tech solution has also picked up a few awards along the way, including HR Tech - Most Disruptive Start Up and Gamification Europe - Outstanding Gamification Project in Audience Engagement.

We drive innovation and strive to be at the forefront of what we do, so it is no surprise that we encourage disrupting traditional thinking and we can’t wait to see what HackManchester brings to the table this year!
