It’s been a busy start to the year as we put our plans in place to meet our goals and accelerate our growth.
Last month we met for our Company Day at the Chill Factore, which captured a good balance between sharing and understanding what we need to do this year as a company… with a bit of Arctic fun!
We kicked off the day looking back at 2022, and last year we made some positive changes with our Explorers in mind:
- We scrapped the CV, along with the probation period, and introduced a new onboarding process.
- Launched our L&D and career development frameworks.
- We won industry awards and welcomed new logos.
- We also raised a record amount in funding in 2022, the highest amount outside of London and the South East of England and retained the top spot for the best-funded northern tech hub.
After the reflections, we aligned on our key goals for 2023 and discussed how we can achieve them by working together to realise our own potential.
We then ended the day with our Arctic Shores explorers hitting the slopes!
