Yes, you read that right!

Last week, we met for our quarterly global Town Hall. It was great to hear about our wins from Q3, our growth vision and goals for Q4 and beyond, from Robert Newry and Safe Hammad.

It was so good to catch up again with some long standing explorers to celebrate their anniversaries, and promotions! It was also a great opportunity to meet our new starters in real life. 

Here are some of our people highlights:

A shout out to Rick for being promoted to Senior UX Manager, Sanchia - our new Applied Psychologist and Claudia for stepping into the Lead Server Developer role!

Congratulations on your 1st Anniversary to Paul and Carly, Estelle and Mark.
We’re celebrating Marije for her 2 year anniversary with Arctic Shores.
Luke, Alex, Alie & Jen have all been with us now for 3 years.
Craig, Matt, Ross, Huw and Elena, have now celebrated 4 years with Arctic Shores.
And the happiest 5th Anniversary to Jasper and 6th anniversary to Emily and Fede!

Our Explorer of the Quarter was the wonderful Elena - well done on all your hard work.

And finally a big welcome to our new Explores: Lauren, Megan, Abi, Josh, Andromachie, Tom, Jenny, Stevie and Dan!

It really was a great opportunity for team building, and to collaborate even more on how we continue to uncover every candidate's true potential together.

We’re looking forward to seeing what the next quarter will bring and to our next company wide meeting in Manchester in January 2023!
