Recruitment highlights - 2022
As the year is drawing to a close we’re looking back at our recruitment highlights for 2022!
Our Recruitment Philosophy
We’re committed to a fair, consistent and unbiased hiring process, and our pledge is to hire for potential, instead of making hiring decisions based only on experience and qualifications.
In 2022 we decided to scrap the CV, to give every individual the opportunity to show their potential!
New hires
We welcomed 36 amazing new Explorers.
Movers/shakers
20 Explorers were promoted internally.
We built new relationships
We had 9.4k career site visits, received 882 applications, made 462 connections and received 19 referrals - 6 of them are now part of the Arctic Shores family!
Our most popular jobs this year
…was the Associate UX Designer with 89 applications. Which was closely followed by our Associate Product Owner which received 70 applications - this was also our first hire without using a CV during the process.
What our candidates say based on NPS score
“The application process when applying to Arctic Shores sums up very well its core values and mission of a no-CV, unbiased process where people from different backgrounds can have a better chance. Additionally, interviewers were very good at putting me at ease which isn’t a part of the product but a very welcome part of the culture evident at Arctic Shores that made my interview process the best I have yet experienced. Though very sad to have missed out on the role this time, feedback was useful and I look forward to applying again in the future.”
“Wonderful people and amazing tool. Highly recommend. Very sad not to be part of the team.”
