Marketing Executive
Join Arctic Shores and help transform how organisations hire in the AI era.
About Arctic Shores
At Arctic Shores, we're helping companies create a world of work where potential matters more than experience. In an AI-enabled workplace where skills are evolving fast, we help employers understand what candidates could do — not just what they’ve done.
Our task-based psychometric assessments and business psychology services help organisations like Amazon, Siemens, and Jet2 transform how they hire. We also support employers across the UK in selecting talent for some of the country’s most critical and complex roles — from nuclear scientists and pilots to data engineers, graduates, and essential frontline teams.
Across every role, our mission is the same: to help employers make fair, evidence-based hiring decisions that focus on what truly predicts success in an AI-driven world — learning agility, problem-solving, and adaptability.
As AI accelerates change in the world of work, our mission has never been more urgent — and that's where you come in.
Why this role might be a great fit for you
At Arctic Shores, we hire for potential - not just experience. We know that skills can be learned, and that diverse perspectives make us stronger. And this role is no different.
We're looking for a Marketing Executive who is ready to take their first (or second!) step on the marketing career ladder –– someone motivated by our mission, curious about people and behaviour, and excited to help companies make hiring fairer, more inclusive, and more effective.
We're looking for someone who gets energy from being organised and ticking things off their to do list, enjoys diverse and varied work which involves getting to know different types of people and what makes them tick, and loves nothing more than getting stuck into a bit of creative problem solving.
Bonus points if you like writing, are an avid user of social media, and are a clear, articulate communicator.
You might already have had some experience in marketing, a job which involves a lot of organisation or writing, or simply find that this role really speaks to you. If you’re eager to learn and excited about our mission, we’d encourage you to apply. No CV required.
We'll provide the training to help unleash your potential, giving you real ownership, a chance to create clear impact, and an opportunity to show how we do event marketing as we scale.
You’ll thrive in this role if:
You are naturally organised and thrive when you’re juggling multiple activities at once. You’re excited about the idea of running events that range from intimate get-togethers to large conferences –– and bringing your own creative flair to help us create great experiences for attendees.
You have exceptional attention to detail and notice small details that others might overlook –– you like the idea of creating great experiences for people by planning them down to the tiniest detail.
You’re a creative problem solver and can think clearly on your feet, even if the pressure is on. You are resilient, calm, and adapt well to change –– enjoying operating at a fast pace that enables you to adapt and learn as you go.
You love building relationships with lots of different types of new people and get energy from learning more about their worlds. You are able to combine empathy with critical thinking and have a knack for getting to the bottom of what people are really thinking.
You’re a clear communicator and a good writer –– the idea of writing social media posts, blog posts, and website copy sounds like something you’d be good at with training.
You like trying out new things and embracing new tech –– you’re not intimidated by the thought of using new tools to improve your workflows and help yourself be even more efficient, whether that means using AI or something else.
You're a proactive, curious, agile learner who loves seeking out new information and perspectives with a growth mindset –– and you’re able to apply what you’ve learned quickly.
You're keen to join a company that is making a real difference to how companies hire –– and you’re excited about the opportunity to help us build a growing, engaged community and offer genuinely helpful advice to improve the hiring process, and to help us become a trusted voice, not just another software vendor.
You want the kind of exposure to different experiences that you can only get in a scale-up. If you want a rinse and repeat blueprint to be successful, this isn't the role for you. But if you're happy to learn lots, adapt quickly, and be rewarded with progression, you've come to the right place.
If most or all of that sounds like you –– even if you’re not from a marketing background –– don’t let that stop you applying. Our revenue teams are made up of people who’ve joined us from policing, professional sport, hospitality, HR, academia, and more.
If you bring the right ambition, resilience and curiosity you’ll feel right at home.
What you’ll do:
Events & Community: You’ll help bring our brand to life by organising events that people actually enjoy attending. From intimate roundtables and dinners to larger conferences and partner meetups, you’ll own the logistics—coordinating venues, sorting out the swag, managing budgets, and handling guest lists—to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also help build and nurture our community of HR leaders, engaging with them both online and in-person to keep the conversation going.
Copywriting: You'll get stuck into writing copy that sounds like a human, not a robot. This involves coming up with creative concepts and ideas, then bringing them to life across social media posts, event landing pages, website updates, and other team needs. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the production of our podcast, helping Ben take care of the admin side of things.
Building Relationships: You’ll become a true expert in the world of Talent Acquisition. We'll help you learn the ropes so you feel completely confident engaging with everyone from Talent Advisors to HR Directors. You’ll also get to work with almost every team in our business, building strong relationships internally as you go.
Tracking Success: You’ll keep an eye on how your events and content are performing. This is about tracking the success of what you're creating, listening to feedback from people, and spotting opportunities to make things even better next time.
You will work closely with Simon (Director of GTM), Ben (Senior Content & Product Marketing Manager), and Hannah (CRO), giving you the chance to learn directly from them. Before you know it, you will be running and leading successful campaigns that raise awareness and capture the interest of talent acquisition specialists.
We are a tight and close team and working well within a team and across the Revenue function (sales, marketing and customer teams) is essential to success in the role.
Finally, you’ll live and breath the Arctic Shores values:
Make a difference - We can’t change everything. But we can contribute to a world of work that’s truly fair and inclusive, and do our bit to build a better society.
Grow together - We invest in our ability, learn from our setbacks, and always celebrate the people behind our progress. By growing together, we go further.
Explore, always - Changing the way the world sees potential takes curiosity, drive, and bravery. With that explorer’s spirit, we break new ground.
The closing date for applications is 12th February 2026
Deadline for completing the assessment approx 25 mins is 23:59 hrs on 16th February

Applying for the role
We won’t be asking for your CV for this role. Why? Because your potential can’t be packed into a side of A4. Instead, we’ll ask you to complete our UNA task based assessment, which helps us get to know you – the real you. It gives us a much better feel for how you’ll fit into the role, taking into account all the qualities that make you, you.
If you’ve got any questions about the process at all, we’re all ears!
How to use GenAI in the application stage
We value authenticity and want to understand who you are, your experiences, and what you bring to the table. We therefore welcome the use of GenAI to polish your narrative, brainstorm ideas and structure your thoughts, but ensure the final application reflects your personal journey and skills.
For example;
Ask GenAI to provide examples of how to describe leadership experiences, then personalise these examples with your own stories.
If the form asks you a question about a time when you overcame a difficult problem, create a shortlist of problems and write down what you would say. Then ask ChatGPT to help you bring the story to life more articulately or to give you a better analogy for something you want to say.
Leverage GenAI for grammar and spelling checks to polish your application.
Remember, the goal of using GenAI in your job application is to augment your natural abilities and showcase your best self. It's not about creating a persona that isn't you.
Equal Opportunities
At Arctic Shores, giving people a fair chance is what we do, that's why we take equal opportunities seriously. We welcome people of any background, gender identification, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, ability level, age, size, marital status.
Because we’re committed to giving everyone their fair shot, we’re happy to accommodate any reasonable adjustments you may need. Just let us know by emailing people@arcticshores.com.
