Field Marketing & Community Executive
Join Arctic Shores and help transform how organisations hire in the AI era.
At Arctic Shores, we're helping companies create a world of work where potential matters more than experience. In an AI-enabled workplace where skills are evolving fast, we help employers understand what candidates could do — not just what they’ve done.
Our task-based psychometric assessments and business psychology services help organisations like Amazon, Siemens, and Jet2 transform how they hire. We also support employers across the UK in selecting talent for some of the country’s most critical and complex roles — from nuclear scientists and pilots to data engineers, graduates, and essential frontline teams.
Across every role, our mission is the same: to help employers make fair, evidence-based hiring decisions that focus on what truly predicts success in an AI-driven world — learning agility, problem-solving, and adaptability.
As AI accelerates change in the world of work, our mission has never been more urgent — and that's where you come in. We're looking for a Field Marketing & Community Executive to help us show up consistently and credibly in the places our buyers already spend time.
Why this role might be a great fit for you
At Arctic Shores, we hire for potential - not just experience. We know that skills can be learned, and that diverse perspectives make us stronger.
We're looking for someone who is excited about joining a fast growing scale up making a real impact to recruitment. Someone who wants to take the first (or second) step in their marketing career and quickly learn more about the world of events and community marketing.
You might already have had some experience in events, marketing, or have worked in a customer facing role and know that you love building relationships and working with different types of people. Whether you are coordinating a roundtable or engaging with HR leaders, you’ll be great at thinking on your feet and get energy from being hyper organised and bringing people together.
We'll provide the training to help unleash your potential, giving you real ownership, a chance to create clear impact, and an opportunity to show how we do event marketing as we scale.
You’ll thrive in this role if:
You are naturally organised and thrive when you’re juggling multiple activities at once. And you’re excited about the idea of owning everything from event logistics to co-ordinating with senior speakers to coming up with creative ideas that make an event really memorable.
You have exceptional attention to detail and notice small details that others might overlook –– you’re a creative problem solver and can think clearly on your feet, even if the pressure is on.
You love building relationships with lots of different types of new people and get energy from learning more about their worlds. You are able to combine empathy with critical thinking and have a knack for getting to the bottom of what people are really thinking.
You are resilient, calm, and adapt well to change. You’re able to think clearly under pressure and enjoy operating at a fast pace that enables you to adapt and learn as you go.
You're a proactive, curious, agile learner who loves seeking out new information and perspectives with a growth mindset –– and you’re able to apply what you’ve learned quickly.
You're keen to join a company that is making a real difference to how companies hire –– and you’re excited about the opportunity to help us build a growing, engaged community and offer genuinely helpful advice to improve the hiring process, and to help us become a trusted voice, not just another software vendor.
You want the kind of exposure to different experiences that you can only get in a scale-up. If you want a rinse and repeat blueprint to be successful, this isn't the role for you. But if you're happy to learn lots, adapt quickly, and be rewarded with progression, you've come to the right place.
If most or all of that sounds like you –– even if you’re not from a marketing background –– don’t let that stop you applying. Our revenue teams are made up of people who’ve joined from policing, professional sport, hospitality, HR, academia, and more.
If you bring the right ambition, resilience and curiosity you’ll feel right at home.
The role
You’ll be;
Field marketing & events: Planning and delivering field marketing activity across priority sectors and accounts, aligned to sales and customer priorities. You will own the execution of in-person events, including roundtables, dinners, meetups, conferences, and partner events.
Running logistics: Managing event logistics end to end, including co-ordinating venues, suppliers, event swag, couriers, budgets, guest lists, and follow-up to ensure well-attended, well-run, and enjoyable events for our community.
Community building: Help expand and support our group of TA and HR leaders by organising events, managing invite-only groups, and keeping them involved. You will be in charge of creating new community activities like customer discussions and advocate programs.
Collaborating on campaigns: Supporting the wider marketing, sales, and customer success teams in coming up with concepts for events, writing copy, producing landing pages, managing event follow-up, briefing our sales team, and creating assets, while ensuring all activity is consistent with our positioning and messaging.
Driving impact: You will report on event success, capture audience feedback, and provide clear recommendations on how to iterate and improve for future events.
Supporting the team: While your focus will be on events, you'll have the chance to get stuck into lots of different areas of marketing such as creating website pages, co-ordinating with influencers as part of campaigns we’re running, and helping launch a self-serve website for prospects to learn more about Arctic Shores.
You will be coached by our Director of GTM and before you know it - you will be running and leading successful field marketing and community campaigns that raise awareness and capture the interest of talent acquisition specialists.
We are a tight and close team and working well within a team and across the Revenue function (sales, marketing and customer teams) is essential to success in the role.
Finally, you’ll live and breath the Arctic Shores values:
Make a difference - We can’t change everything. But we can contribute to a world of work that’s truly fair and inclusive, and do our bit to build a better society.
Grow together - We invest in our ability, learn from our setbacks, and always celebrate the people behind our progress. By growing together, we go further.
Explore, always - Changing the way the world sees potential takes curiosity, drive, and bravery. With that explorer’s spirit, we break new ground.
The closing date for applications is 12th February 2026
Deadline for completing the assessment approx 25 mins is 23:59 hrs on 16th February

Applying for the role
We won’t be asking for your CV for this role. Why? Because your potential can’t be packed into a side of A4. Instead, we’ll ask you to complete our UNA task based assessment, which helps us get to know you – the real you. It gives us a much better feel for how you’ll fit into the role, taking into account all the qualities that make you, you.
If you’ve got any questions about the process at all, we’re all ears!
How to use GenAI in the application stage
We value authenticity and want to understand who you are, your experiences, and what you bring to the table. We therefore welcome the use of GenAI to polish your narrative, brainstorm ideas and structure your thoughts, but ensure the final application reflects your personal journey and skills.
For example;
Ask GenAI to provide examples of how to describe leadership experiences, then personalise these examples with your own stories.
If the form asks you a question about a time when you overcame a difficult problem, create a shortlist of problems and write down what you would say. Then ask ChatGPT to help you bring the story to life more articulately or to give you a better analogy for something you want to say.
Leverage GenAI for grammar and spelling checks to polish your application.
Remember, the goal of using GenAI in your job application is to augment your natural abilities and showcase your best self. It's not about creating a persona that isn't you.
Equal Opportunities
At Arctic Shores, giving people a fair chance is what we do, that's why we take equal opportunities seriously. We welcome people of any background, gender identification, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, ability level, age, size, marital status.
Because we’re committed to giving everyone their fair shot, we’re happy to accommodate any reasonable adjustments you may need. Just let us know by emailing people@arcticshores.com.
