Sales Development Representative
Our vision is a world of work where potential matters just as much as skills or experience. At Arctic Shores our purpose is to discover potential and give employers the means to see it.
We're on the look out for a talented and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales Team in London and help us expand Arctic Shores client base in the mid-market.
As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) you'll be the driving force in the Arctic Shores outbound sales engine and the real face of the business.
Your main responsibility as an SDR will be to secure qualified new business opportunities via outbound calling that aligns with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will be responsible for managing outbound sales campaigns to key vertical markets and geographies.
As the SDR you will identify, research and prospect potential leads primarily via phone and email. You will be supported through your development to then lead discovery sessions working closely with the Account Executives supporting them with closing the full Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Qualification is key - making sure SQLs meet our ICP working with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth transition through the sales funnel. You will ensure that your outbound activity complements the activity of the sales team, as well as the Partnership and Marketing teams.
Who are we looking for:
Previous sales experience is not essential - you bring your passion and a desire to learn and grow, and we’ll provide the training to help unleash your potential and open the door to a new career.
You have the ability to build effective interpersonal relationships and speak up to influence our potential customers, helping us to grow together and make a difference in the world of recruitment.
You are a go getter. You deliver proactively, with a sense of ownership.
You are an explorer. You seek out new information and learn quickly through curiosity and agile learning.
You process complex incoming information, sorting it accurately and swiftly in order to complete the task at hand.
You are resilient, calm and adapt well to change in a range of new situations
